WHAT BOOK FORMATS ARE AVAILABLE?

At this time, Jacquelyn's books are available in ebook format (for all the major e-reader platforms/apps). Paperback editions are coming soon, with additional formats planned in the future.

HOW WILL MY EBOOK(S) BE DELIVERED?

All ebooks are automatically sent by email from BookFunnel, immediately after purchase. The email will be sent to the address you provided during checkout. (Don't forget to check your spam and promotions folders!)

HOW DO I GET MY EBOOK(S) ON MY DEVICE?

Click the link in the email from BookFunnel to jump to the book’s download page. Then, click the ‘Get my Copy’ button and select your device type to receive specific, step-by-step instructions that should only take a few minutes to follow. (In most cases, it's a simple case of downloading your ebook file.)

WHAT IF I NEED ADDITIONAL HELP GETTING MY EBOOK(S) LOADED?

Click the ‘Need Help’ link in the top right corner of the BookFunnel download page for the book you purchased and are having problems with. Someone from the BookFunnel support team will assist you.

HOW CAN I RESTORE MY PURCHASED EBOOK FILE(S)?

You can use the email address you provided during checkout to log in to your BookFunnel library here.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST ON PRINT BOOKS?

The cost of shipping varies according to the size of the order, and the delivery location. Orders are printed and shipped by a local print on demand partner, via Lulu Direct. Options and prices are listed during the checkout process.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRINT BOOKS TO ARRIVE?

The ship time will vary, depending on the delivery location and the delivery option you select. Estimated times are listed with each option during the checkout process.

WHY AREN'T YOUR BOOKS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE IN MY COUNTRY?

Different countries have different thresholds and requirements when it comes to registering, collecting, and filing sales tax as an international seller. The current country selection for this store is based on the path of least resistance in this area, although I am definitely looking to expand over time. Shipping availability and rates to certain areas are also a factor. If you are in a country that is not currently supported, let me know! This will help give me visibility of where I might want to focus on next.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Credit card, Paypal, Shopify's ShopPay, ApplePay, and GooglePay.

HOW WILL MY ORDER APPEAR ON MY BILLING STATEMENT?

Your order will be listed as either 'Jacquelyn Smith Books' or 'JSB,' followed by your order number (e.g. JSB#1001) on your banking, credit, or Paypal statement.
